On the sidelines of the third round of Forum which was held at Laico Hotel in Tunis – Tunisia in 2019, the French International Agency for Technical Cooperation announced the establishment of venture capital fund targeting the Libyan Market within the European Program to support the Private sector, The agency held a group of meetings with decision makers participating in the forum to form partnerships to finance the fund.
